We’ll cut the chance and give you what you came here for. The Mercedes-AMG G 63 4X4² you see in the photos has become an off-road supercar. It’s got 800 PS (789 HP).

But do you need that much in a purebred off-roader? Yeah, sure, if you plan to take it to the racetrack. Do you now?

Brabus obviously believes there are people who would do that. That’s why they did the tweak in the first place. They called it the B40S-800 and slapped, as we told you from the very start, 800 PS (789 HP) and 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque to the 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8. Active sound management brings a loud soundtrack in Sport mode and tones it down in the Coming Home mode. You don’t want this beast to wake up the entire neighborhood and get neighbors interrogating you about your adventures. That’s just between you and the Mercedes-AMG G 63 4X4².

Well, those are some figures to tackle the mud and rocks of the off-road. Of course, those portal axles and three lock differentials mean the world to your usual off-road enthusiast. He could do with the standard 585 PS (577 HP) just as well.

For those who think 800 PS is too much, Brabus comes up with an alternative. But we’re warning you, it’s still close to the hypercar area. The B40-700, as the name suggests, clocks the dyno at 700 PS (691 PS) and 950 Nm (701 lb-ft) of torque.

And it’s not just extra oomph that Brabus came up with. The German tuner always performs plastic surgeries on the cars that they get their hands on. This is how the Mercedes-AMG G 63 4X4² got a new radiator grille, a wing showed up at the rear and there are now LED spotlights up on the roof.

A huge scoop on the hood gets most of the attention. Brabus fitted the off-roader with 22-inch Monoblock HD forged wheels, wearing Pirelli Scorpion tires.

Brabus shift paddles, pedal pads and door pins are also on the menu for a complete brabusized experience.
