Diamond cut diamond, some may say, seeing the Mercedes-AMG G63 face to face with the Range Rover Sport SVR. Actually, they are rear to rear, as they try to pull each other in the ultimate off-roaders battle.
The tug of war was set out by CarWow. It brought together all-time rivals. Revealed in February 2018, the Mercedes-AMG G63 is powered by a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8, developing 585 horsepower and 850 Nm of torque. Its top speed is 240 km/h.
Its opponent, the Range Rover Sport SVR is set in motion by a 5.0-liter V8 with 566 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. It reaches a top speed of 280 km/h.The driver keeps away from the rear and center locking differentials, but activates the Grass mode.
