As you all probably know by now, the AMG GT S version packs 503 hp and 650 Nm of torque coming from a twin-turbo V8 engine connected to a seven-speed dual clutch gearbox able to shoot the car from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds.

In terms of security and assistance functions, we remind the Collision Prevention Assist PLUS and Parktronic systems plus a rearview camera and eight airbags.

The U.S. market launch of the GT S is due in April 2015, while the base GT variant will go on sale in the U.S. in early 2016.
