Cigarette Racing and Mercedes-AMG present the latest model of their long-standing cooperation at Miami International Boat Show: Cigarette Racing 50 Marauder GT S Concept, the sea-borne incarnation of the new Mercedes-AMG GT S, which is also shown in Miami.
Cigarette Racing has been cooperating with Mercedes-AMG since 2007. Like the performance vehicles from Mercedes-AMG, the power boats from the American specialist, which measure between 11.6 and 16.87 meters, are among the fastest and most high-end in their segment.
The new concept Cigarette Racing 50 Marauder GT S is powered by two Mercury racing engines, but the total output was has not been announced yet.
The power boat with a length of around 15 meters and a width of 2.40 meters has saved around 450 kilograms over the standard homologation weight thanks to the intelligent lightweight construction. The 50 Marauder GT S Concept could reach a maximum speed of 217 km/h.
The exterior sparkles with a black hull and an AMG logo in AMG Solarbeam with matte black highlights. The hand-finished interior is dominated by a black and AMG Solarbeam colour combination with black Alcantara highlights. The design is inspired by the classic Cigarette Racing cockpit. The user interface features Bluetooth communication, computer-based control, four high-resolution displays, Garmin and Cigarette navigation and an audio system of the latest generation.
This unique concept is exhibited this weekend at the Miami International Boat Show, which takes place at the Miami Beach Convention Center and could be purchased for a price of 1.2 million USD.
