Eye-damaging blue wrap and aggressively styled to go with it. And yet, we wouldn’t dare say it’s that bad. The Wald Mercedes-Benz S-Class got an extra touch by RDBLA.
Positioned at the very top of the luxury range, getting sporty and flashy would be the last thing we’d dare to expect from an S-Class sedan. And yet, there are these brave guys from Wald International, partnering up with those, just as bold, from RDBLA, to put some of their magic glittering powder on the Stuttgart-made limousine.
Working on the Mercedes-Benz S-Class W222, already having undergone a makeover performed by the Japanese tuner, RBDLA added the glossy blue wrap and decided to match it with just as glossy black aero parts. The S-Class runs on multi-spoke matte black Forgiato wheels, with a sort of spinning-turbine design, which get a bit of help from the standardly-fit Airmatic suspension.
The blue beast now wears a suit with a new front bumper with a low lip spoiler and new radiator black-out grille, new front wings with integrated side vents, new side skirts, a customized rear bumper including an air diffuser and tailpipe cutouts. A boot lid wing brings higher aerodynamics.
