Vision Mercedes-Maybach Ultimate Luxury is slowly being revealed inch by inch way ahead of its world premiere at the Beijing Auto Show, scheduled for next week.
Little is so far known about the concept to be revealed. The images hint towards a high-ride vehicle with a sloping roof, unlike the big-sized GLS, even though rumours have it that it may be the ultra-luxury variant of the Mercedes SUV.
“This car opens a new chapter in the history of ultimate luxury or the Mercedes-Maybach brand. A car that hasn’t been seen before. An interior that has created in order to redefine the ultimate in luxury”, says Gorden Wagener, Chief Design Officer at Daimler AG.
The latest teasers reveal a bespoke interior that is far from that of the standard GLS. As a matter of fact, it is like nothing of the already familiar Mercedes-Benz interiors that we have seen so far. Aluminum and rose gold details, flower decorations and mood lighting will surely make it a head-turner at the Chinese Motor Show.
