Once more, Cigarette Racing Team and Mercedes-AMG are on a secret mission. We can only disclose the name of their team project. It’s Ignore Gravity! And this is as far as we’re venturing on water!
Sharing the love and obsession of speed and high-performance engines, one on water and the other one on land, Cigarette Racing Team and Meredes-AMG are planning a brand-new powerboat, inspired by the latest racer created in Affalterbach: the Mercedes-AMG GT3.
Therefore, the Cigarette Racing 41′ SD GT3 will be on display with its inspiration, the Mercedes-AMG GT3 race car, at the Miami International Boat Show this February.
Same event, same place last year, the two companies presented the Cigarette Racing 50 Marauder GT S Concept, the sea-borne incarnation of the new 510 HP Mercedes-AMG GT S. The 15-meter long powerboat with a lightweight construction, 50 Marauder GT S Concept, can reach a maximum speed of 217 km/h.
Mercedes-AMG and Cigarette Racing Team have been working on projects together since 2007. Stay tuned! The best is yet to come!
