Two sets of twins, a wife, a dog, tenis rackets, double strollers, a huge stuffed monkey and a billion of other toys. You can’t possibly fit all these in just any car. That is why Roger Federer called on the Mercedes-Benz V-Class.
It seems like a crowd and yet, he makes it seem so natural, doesn’t he? The Swiss former number one needs a car that is prepared for just about anything. His life is full of surprises and the charm of it does not make it any easier on him.
The new Mercedes-Benz V-Class video ad shows the tennis player at a fair, hitting empty cans with the precision he puts into the tennis balls and driving with his family through his daily routine off the court.
The heart-warming family life images take us to his home and backyard and back again to the fair, where the stuffed monkey that had come to life wins another stuffed monkey. “Better just be prepared for anything”, the voiceover says and the V-Class seems the MPV that can do that.
It is not the first time the tennis ace is advertising for Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Roger Federer has recently starred in a TV commercial for the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 Coupe and the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet found room in his garage.
