Mercedes has announced pricing for the facelifted Mercedes GLE and GLS. For now, the available versions are the GLE 350 d 4Matic, GLE 450 d 4Matic, GLE 450 4Matic, GLE 450 e 4Matic, GLS 350 d 4Matic, GLS 450 d 4Matic, and GLS 450 4Matic.
Mercedes GLE Facelift SUV and SUV Coupé
The facelifted Mercedes GLE SUV and Coupé are currently available in GLE 350 d 4Matic, GLE 450 d 4Matic, GLE 450 4Matic, and GLE 450 e 4Matic versions.
With the discontinuation of the four-cylinder variants, the entry-level model is now the GLE 350 d 4Matic, powered by a 3.0-liter inline-six diesel producing 286 PS. Prices start at €92,064 for the SUV and €99,163 for the SUV Coupé.
The more powerful diesel, the GLE 450 d 4Matic, uses the same 3.0-liter inline-six engine but develops 367 PS. Prices begin at €98,282 for the SUV and €109,420 for the SUV Coupé.
The entry-level gasoline model, the GLE 450 4Matic, is powered by a 3.0-liter inline-six producing 381 hp. It costs €95,164 and is available only as an SUV.
The plug-in hybrid versions are cheaper than the GLE 450 d 4Matic diesel, with prices starting at €95,176 for the SUV and €100,739 for the SUV Coupé.
The range-topping GLE 580 4Matic, powered by a V8 engine, will follow this autumn.
The adaptive Airmatic air suspension, which now features an intelligent function that adjusts damper stiffness based on cloud-stored road-condition data, costs an additional €2,142. The E-Active Body Control suspension, which also includes the Curve function, is available for €7,735.
The Off-Road Package, which raises ground clearance by 30 mm and includes underbody protection made from Gemtex, costs €702.
The Advanced Package is standard, while the Advanced Plus with Digital Extras package costs an additional €4,403 and includes the Burmester 3D Surround Sound system, a 360-degree camera with Transparent Hood function, an illuminated radiator grille, and electrically adjustable front seats with memory for the driver.
Customers can also choose the top-tier Premium Package (€7,033), which adds ventilated front seats, Thermotronic automatic climate control, the Energizing Control package, and Air Balance, in addition to the features of the Advanced Plus package.
The MBUX infotainment system is standard, but the 3D instrument cluster costs €1,178 extra, while the head-up display adds another €1,297.
Mercedes GLS Facelift
The most affordable Mercedes GLS, the GLS 350 d 4Matic, starts at €108,106, while the more powerful GLS 450 d 4Matic diesel starts at €113,211.
The gasoline-powered GLS 450 4Matic starts at €111,551.
Due to its standard seven-seat configuration, the Mercedes GLS is not offered as a plug-in hybrid, as there is insufficient space in the luggage compartment for the battery pack.
Like the GLE, the GLS comes standard with the Advanced Package. The Advanced Plus (€3,213) and Premium (€5,031) packages have the same configuration as those available on the GLE.
For the GLS, the adaptive Airmatic air suspension is standard equipment, with only the E-Active Body Control suspension remaining optional (7,735 euro).
