MetaGarage is a UAE-based tuner founded by Alexey Gashkov, specializing in customizing luxury brands such as Maybach, Mercedes-Benz, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Range Rover, and others.
Their latest creation is the MetaGarage G3.0 M Monogram, built on the Mercedes-AMG G 63. The standout feature is the imposing vertical grille with a chrome frame and four horizontal slats, which is more than twice as tall as that of the original model. A similar idea was also presented by former chief designer Gorden Wagener in the Mercedes Vision Iconic concept before leaving the company.
Beneath the massive grille, the front bumper features a huge three-section air intake with vertical slats, while the outer sections house daytime running lights that mimic the Mercedes logo.
The tuner stated that the inspiration came from the exclusive Binz station wagon, a conversion based on a Mercedes 300c from the 1950s. Both the radiator grille and the heavily flared wheel arches are inspired by this creation. The widened arches, which house alloy wheels with aerodynamic covers, are connected by a solid side skirt, beneath which four rectangular exhaust pipes emerge.
At the rear, two chrome inserts below the bumper also reference the 1950s Binz station wagon, while a fairly prominent spoiler provides additional downforce to the rear axle.
The “MM” badge on the hood and spare wheel might be confusing at first glance—it does not refer to Maybach, but instead stands for “M Monogram.”
MetaGarage plans to produce only 50 M Monogram units, with a base price estimated at $700,000 before customization.
