Here is the first trailer of the newly revealed Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupe, the car that the Stuttgart grand brand calls “athletic, sporty and sensual”. And we could but agree.
You have seen the making of the trailer, so it’s time for the real deal. The newborn baby of the C-Class family comes with vivid sensual design, taking dynamics to a whole new level, boasting the best drag coefficient in its class (0,26).
Fine silver angles under the scattered sunset light build up the C 300 depicted in the beginning of the first video ever of the Mercedes new model, standing still in the middle of nowhere. But as the beat grows, the car starts along the deserted road. Its solitary ride is broken off by the C 250 d 4Matic coming out of the blue, so they now cruise side by side, as in a photo-finished race. The journey ends in two, exactly where it started for one. Who’s the winner? You get to decide!
But there is still a long way to go until it hits the showrooms in December, three months after its official presentation in Frankfurt this upcoming September.
“Our new C-Class Coupé continues the philosophy of our exciting coupés. It combines thrilling design with agile sportiness and modern luxury. The C-Class Coupé therefore clearly pledges itself to stylish driving enjoyment”, says Prof. Dr Thomas Weber, member of the Board of Management of Daimler AG and responsible for Group Research and Mercedes-Benz Cars Development.
