So far, we know that the Mercedes-Benz X-Class shall stand some 20-centimeters from the ground, on the platform of its Japanese sibling, the Nissan Navara, but will be powered by a German-sourced 3.0-liter V6 turbodiesel engine, sending over 200 horsepower to all wheels.
The German premium brand has already released a video teaser of its first-ever pick-up truck and is now preparing its debut in Cape Town, South Africa. Little is yet known about the arrival of the vehicle in the United States, with the car maker playing hide-and-seek with the shipping of the pick-up across the Atlantic. But the luxury X-Class will surely make it to Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
