This is the moment that the brand’s enthusiasts have been waiting for since the world premiere of the Mercedes-AMG GT 4-door Coupé back in March. The V8 models are finally available for order.
The two models powered by V8 engines will hit the showrooms in late fall 2018. The Mercedes-AMG GT 63 4MATIC will come with an output of 585 horsepower (430 kW), while the AMG GT 63 S 4MATIC+ will boast 639 horsepower (470 kW).
The non-S variant starts at 150,118.50 euros, while the high-performance model is available starting 167,016.50 euros or 185,342.50 euros for the Edition 1.
The standard equipment includes the fully variable 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive, the AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 9G transmission, active rear axle steering and the electronically controlled rear axle locking differential.

The cars get the high-resolution display controls in the center console, the AMG Performance steering wheel with flattened lower section and new AMG buttons, AMG sports seats in nappa leather and fully digital Widescreen cockpit with AMG-specific instrument cluster. The MULTIBEAM LED headlamps, the EASY-PACK tailgate, the Burmester surround sound system and the 64-color ambience lighting provide the sporty feeling and the comfort onboard the cars.
The AMG GT 663 S 4MATIC+ additionally comes with active engine mounts, larger light-alloy wheels and an AMG Performance steering wheel in DINAMICA microfiber.

The Edition 1 will only be available for the first 12 months, with the most potent engine variant, with sporty details of the exterior and interior, proving that we’re dealing with a special variant. The AMG Aerodynamics package, that includes a larger front splitter and integral flics in the front apron, put the car’s best foot forward. 21-inch AMG cross-spoke forged wheels, paintwork in designo graphite grey magno, diamond white bright or graphite grey metallic make the car easy to recognize.
The interior of the Edition 1 gets the AMG Performance seats in Exclusive nappa leather in magma grey/ black with yellow contrasting topstitching, the AMG Performance steering wheel in DINAMICA microfiber with yellow contrasting topstitching and the AMG matt carbon-fiber trim.
