The new A-Class family will bring no less than eight offsprings into the world, but never have we thought of a Maybach version. However, a digital artist saw it coming!
The so-called Mercedes-Maybach A-Class penned by Nikita Aksyonov of Russia draws inspiration from the Mercedes-Maybach range, but introduces some AMG styling as well, like the Panamericana radiator grille, with the Maybach badging, and the aero kit that makes the hot hatch hotter than ever.
The blue shade covering the body has been probably taken straight from the Mercedes-Maybach 6 Cabriolet Concept, presented last year, but the artist turned it into a matte color for a more dramatic effect. The multi-spoke rims match the grille and provide that wow factor. The rear gets a half-way sporty and half-way elegant wing. Privacy windows protect the pampered occupants of the car.
Even though the styling isn’t half as bad as we’d expect for a sporty compact risen to the elegant level, Mercedes isn’t even thinking about it. There will instead be a top-of-the-range A45 with over 400 horsepower. So long, hottie! See you in another lifetime!
