There comes spring for Mercedes-Benz as well. The three-pointed star company is launching attractive editions of the SL and SLC Roadsters, just in time for the perfect open-air driving time. The SLC RedArt Edition together with the SL design Edition are on their way to showrooms worldwide. Reservations books open today, market launch is in April.
Red colour highlights on the exterior and interior underline the particularly sporty character of the SLC RedArt Edition. The car comes with a red front splitter, pins in red and black in the diamond radiator grille, red fins in the wings, the exclusive edition badge and a red-trimmed diffuser.
The special edition SLC runs on 18-inch 5-twin-spoke light alloy wheels painted in tremolite metallic with a high-sheen finish, that feature perforated brake discs and red brake callipers.
The SLC RedArt Edition’s interior amplifies the sporty character with its upholstery in black leather and silver pearl nappa leather inserts with red contrasting topstitching and the Edition logo on the head restraint. The driver will get his hands on the sports steering wheel and will adjust the personality of his car via the DYNAMIC SELECT button. He and the front passenger shall benefit from the AIRSCARF neck level heating.
As for the power-thirsty Mercedes-AMG SLC 43 RedArt Edition, it comes in designo selenite grey magno and design iridium silver magno, that make the car quite a show-stopper. There are red trim elements on the front and rear apron, there is a red front splitter, red flics in the AMG bumper and the red fins in the wings lend the Roadster the personality of a hunter on the road.
The seats are wrapped in black leather with silver pearl nappa inserts and the head restraints are covered in carbon-embossed leather. The exclusive range of features include the multifunction sports steering wheel, the AMG E-SELECT lever with nappa leather insert and embossed AMG logo and aluminium trim element with dark carbon grain.
The Mercedes-Benz SL design Edition with metallic finish in brilliant blue, 19- or 20-inch AMG forged wheels an chrome flics in the front apron provide that special stance in traffic. The Roadster’s special status is highlighted by the badges with designo Edition logo placed laterally between the chrome badges.
Once you take a seat in the SL Roadster, you are overwhelmed by the atmosphere provided by the high-quality materials like porcelain and black designo nappa leather. The roof liner is in porcelain designo DINAMICA, perfectly matching the intimate atmosphere supplied by the ambient lighting, the 3-spoke 2-tone multifunction sports steering wheel in black and porcelain nappa leather.
