Mercedes has announced pricing for the new flagship Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S 4Matic+ SUV and Coupé, as well as the Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 4Matic+. Prices start at €170,045 for the AMG GLE 63 S 4Matic+ and €193,684 for the AMG GLS 63 4Matic+.
Mercedes has released the pricing for the facelifted flagship versions of the GLE and GLS ranges.
The Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S 4Matic+ starts at €170,045, while the Coupé version is priced from €175,662. The Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 S 4Matic+ starts at €193,684.
Both models are powered by the new 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged M177 Evo V8 featuring a flat-plane crankshaft, producing 612 PS and 850 Nm between 2,500 and 4,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system, incorporating a 23 PS and 205 Nm electric motor integrated into the 9-speed automatic transmission.
Although peak output remains unchanged, the new engine delivers a noticeably sharper throttle response thanks to its motorsport-inspired flat-plane crankshaft design.
Drivers can choose from six driving modes: Comfort, Sport, Sport+, Slippery, Trail, and Individual. Both models come standard with adaptive air suspension, which also allows the ride height to be adjusted. In Trail mode, ground clearance increases by 55 mm, while in Sport, Sport+, and at speeds above 120 km/h, the ride height is lowered by 10 mm.
Both models can also be equipped with AMG Active Ride Control suspension featuring active anti-roll bars and an AMG electronically controlled rear limited-slip differential. These options are available at no extra cost, allowing customers to choose between the standard adaptive air suspension and the active anti-roll bar suspension without paying an additional fee.
The interior features the new AMG Performance steering wheel and Exclusive Nappa leather upholstery, available in Black, Macchiato Beige, Beech Brown, and Red Pepper, as well as the Nappa Exclusive Style combination in Black/Macchiato Beige.
A carbon-fibre/microfibre steering wheel is available for an additional €476. Single-tone Nappa leather upholstery is standard, while two-tone combinations cost between €238 and €714.
Customers can also choose from a range of interior trim options, including natural wood (€500), high-gloss black with fine stripes (€875), or carbon fibre (€3,213). The exterior can be finished in exclusive Manufaktur paint colours such as High-tech Silver Magno, Patagonia Red Metallic, and Ireland Mid Green Metallic, priced between €2,189 and €3,748.
Digital headlights are fitted as standard, while the version with projection functions costs an additional €505.
All three dashboard displays, including the front passenger display, are standard on both models. However, the 3D instrument cluster costs an extra €1,178, while the head-up display with augmented reality navigation is priced at €1,297.
The Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S 4Matic+ and AMG GLS 63 4Matic+ come standard with 21-inch alloy wheels. Optional 22-inch wheels are available for the AMG GLE, priced between €1,071 and €3,391, while the AMG GLS offers both 22-inch and 23-inch wheels, ranging from €1,368 to €4,998.
