Mercedes could not have missed this Halloween for the world. The Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series is out for “trick or treat”.
The most powerful series-production Mercedes-AMG ever built. Well, before the S E Performance hit the track at least. A 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged engine. 730 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. Is it scary enough for Halloween?
Yeah, this is exactly what Mercedes thought when they made this video. The 49-second film starts with a kid dressed in the cutest werewolf in the world, going “trick or treat” on Halloween. He hardly gets candy in his pumpkin-like bucket when he rings the doorbells in his neighborhood.
But things change when his father, waiting for him in the car, presses the throttle pedal when neighbors open their doors. The roar of the V8 engine of the Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series is scary enough and the kid collects buckets of sweets.
By the end of the “trick or treat” evening, the luggage compartment of the sports car is full of candies. Father and son high-five in the car after a successful Halloween.
The video ends with the car starting off while a funny text shows up on the screen: Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series with 730 WP. What’s “WP”, you might wonder. Well, check out the video to find out. No pumpkin pie, we promise!
