The new Mercedes–AMG GT 4-door Coupé hits the road, with a starting price below €100,000 Euros. The entry-level model is the AMG GT 43 4MATIC+.
The game starts at 95,259.50 Euros, the price of the Mercedes–AMG GT 43 4MATIC+. Its 3.0-liter inline-6 power unit provides 270 kW (367 horsepower) and 500 Newton meters of torque. It runs from a standstill to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4,9 seconds and hits a top speed of 270 km/h. the EQ Boost starter-alternator brings another 16 kW (22 horsepower) and 250 Nm.
The next step up is the Mercedes-AMG GT 53 4MATIC+, coming for a price of €109,182.50. The same engine delivers an output of 320 kW (435 horsepower) and 520 Nm of torque. The figures of the extras provided by the EQ Boost 48-Volt system are identical to those of its 43 4MATIC sibling.
And up we go to the 63 4MATIC+, that will be available for a price of €150,118.50, a sum of money that comes packed with an acceleration from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.4 seconds. The car, with a top speed of 310 km/h, offers the excitement of the 4.0-liter V8 engine with 585 horsepower and a torque of 800 Nm.
The Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S 4MATIC proudly stands as the top model of the range, with 639 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque, provided by the same glorious 4.0-liter V8 in its top version. The S model is the speediest of them all, running from zero to hero (62 mph or 100 km/h) in 3.2 seconds only. It is just the beginning of the road to its top speed of 315 km/h. The top-of-the-range can be ordered for a price of €167,016.50.
The production of the new Mercedes-AMG GT 4-door Coupé has started last week in Sindelfingen.
