Mercedes-Benz never seems to stand still. The current C-Class has only spent three years on the market and Mercedes’ engineers are already working on the revised version, due next year.
It was December 2013 when the current Mercedes-Benz C-Class was presented to the world – condename W205 / S205. Its design that relates clearly to the S-Class has proven immensely successful. Fast forward to 201 and in auto land is time for a facelift. In fact, Mercedes-Benz has already started testing the refined C-class, seen here for the first time.
Lovers of the current Mercedes design have absolutely nothing to fear. The design update applied to the C-Class seems to be very subtle. The bumper is still taped, which obviously points to the arrival of slightly different styling, while the headlights also seem to get a new LED layout.
In the interior (not pictured), we expect the dual-layout 12,3 inch digital instruments, in the style of the current E-class. We expect the refined C-Class on the market in the second half of 2017.
