German tuning specialist Vorsteiner chose the Mercedes-Benz E 63 AMG as its posing model for the firm’s brand-new Flow Forged V-FF 103 series wheels.
It appears the Mercedes in question is the base E 63, not the top-of-the-line S guise with 4Matic all-wheel drive. No sweat, since we’re still talking about a 557 HP and 720 Nm package made in Heaven.
The brand-new Flow Forged Vorsteiner V-FF 103 Series wheels help the AMG monster stand out. Finished in carbon graphite and measuring 20×9 at the front and 20×10 at the rear, they seem designed with Mercedes’ E 63 AMG in mind, from the beginning.
Also worth mentioning are the 265/30 and 295/25 tires and yellow brake calipers. Traction off the line is said to be excellent, with the sprint from 0 to 62 mph estimated at a mere 4.2 seconds. Top speed remains electronically limited at 155 mph/250 km/h, of course.
The great match between the E 63 AMG and Vorsteiner’s Flow Forged V-FF 103 series wheels only makes us hope Mercedes-Benz could consider the German tuner as an official supplier, sometimes in the near future.
