The Mercedes-AMG GT R tuned by O.CT comes a different species, with the genes of a predator and the looks of a beast. Of course, it receives power to match.
The German tuning house has reprogrammed the engine unit control of the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, taking it as high as 650 PS and 850 Nm of torque. The standard car benefits from the help of 585 PS and 700 Nm.
The extra output brings extra throttle, so the car runs from a standstill to 62 mph (100 km/h) in less than the standard 3.6 seconds. Surprisingly, O.CT also promises an improved fuel consumption and lower carbon dioxide emissions as well.
A 5-year warranty is included in the price, but the costs are provided only upon request, so those interested should contact O.CT for further details.
The Mercedes-AMG GT R, developed in the Green Hell of Nurburgring and introduced two years ago, is now revealed with new looks in the photo posted by the tuning house is covered in shiny black, with darkened radiator grille slats and with a blackened star logo as well. No word on the interior though, but we assume that the German tuning company has worked on it as well, probably darkening it enough to match the beastly sight of the exterior.
