Brabus has just unveiled its latest creation, the Mercedes-AMG GT 4-door Coupe, ahead of ithe Top Marques event scheduled in Monaco. The exhibit is based on the Mercedes-aMG GT 63 S 4MATIC+.

The Germany tuner completely transformed the performance sedan, granting it with 800 PS and 1,000 Nm of torque, that make it accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (60 mph) in 2.9 seconds only, reaching a top speed electronically limited at 315 km/h (196 mph). The standard version, that has already claimed the title for the fastest four-seater series production car at the Nurburgring race track, needs 3.2 seconds to run the same distance.

In order to achieve these performance figures, the car is assisted by 21-inch at the front and 22-inch at the rear Brabus Monoblock Z PLATINUM EDITION wheels. A suspension lowering kit puts the coupe 25 millimeters closer to the ground.

The tuning house has equipped the car with a new stainless -steel exhaust system with titanium-carbon ailpipes, with a diameter of 90 millimeters (3.5 inches), capable of withstanding the new 4.0-liter V8 engine configuration, achieved thanks to the sophisticated Brabus PowerXtra B40S-800 performance upgrade. The system focuses on a larger compressor unit and modified core assembly, with reinforced axial bearing.
