The pickup truck driver was not going to settle for some aggressive honking. He cut the way of the Mercedes-Benz GLK, got off his car swearing and hitting the other car. But wow! He never expected this! The former world boxing champion Evander Holyfield comes out of the black Mercedes. The expression on his face is priceless and all he can say is:
“I didn’t know it was you!”
Exactly! You never know who you might run into. And maybe it is better not to know then to find out the hard way.
The video is part of a public campaign against road rage, meant to teach the drivers looking for trouble that they should just mind their own way. The campaign was set up by the authorities of the State of Georgia, concerned by the high numbers of road rage manifestations and by their outcome.
It is definitely not a good idea to mess with Evander Holyfield, the retired American professional boxer, a former Undisputed World Champion in both the cruiserweight and the heavyweight divisions. Nicknamed “The Real Deal”, Holyfield would stop at nothing to get his way. And remember “The Real Deal” is also “The Tough Deal”. He made headlines in 1997, when he boxed in the world infamous “Bite Fight”. During the most bizzare boxing match ever, Mike Tyson bit off his ear, spit it on the canvas and got disqualified.
Evander Holyfield is the only four-time World Heavyweight Champion, winning the WBA, WBC and IBC titles in 1990, the WBA and IBF titles in 1993 and the WBA one in 1996 and 2000.
