The 2020 Mercedes GLA reveals its interior design in what is probably the last teaser before the December 11th official reveal. The new compact SUV will be available for the first time in a plug-in hybrid variant.
The promotion campaign is clearly in full swing, and so far, officials from the Stuttgart manufacturer have released a teaser image of GLA’s exterior. Now Mercedes-Benz has published the first image with the interior of the future GLA.
As expected, the 2020 Mercedes GLA takes over the interior design elements that we have already seen on the new GLB. The model will be equipped with the digital on-board instrumentation and the new steering wheel that integrates two tactile zones to control the information displayed behind the steering wheel or on the infotainment system central screen.
The new 2020 Mercedes GLA will have a 30 mm longer wheelbase, despite the fact that the length will decrease by 20 millimeters. At the same time, the height of the model will be greater by 100 millimeters. Under these conditions, the space offered to passengers will be a much more generous one, while the proportions will be closer than ever to a true SUV.

According to voices close to the company, the new GLA will be available in a plug-in hybrid version of 218 hp and electric range up to 69 kilometers. This version will be similar to the one already offered for the A-Class.
