Professional golfer Rickie Fowler got himself a super car: the Mercedes-AMG GT S shines brightly in his driveway.
Even though the trend goes towards green cars, the sportsmen need some adrenaline in their driving. And so does professional golf player Rickie Fowler. Former number one amateur golfer in the world for 36 weeks, in 2007 and 2008, got the number one car he could get for the moment.
The 26 year old posted a photo on his social network account, proudly standing next to his 510 HP runner, with the famous 4.0 liter V8 howling under the hood. He will surely need all the power he can get from the car that runs the distance from nothing to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds, to reach his golf tournaments in time.
Buying the $130 000 AMG GT S is just pocket change for Rickie Fowler. Winning the Players Championship PGA got him $1 800 000.
