Mercedes S-Class Cabrio and Coupe facelift will debut next month at the IAA 2017 Frankfurt motor show, as confirmed by the official list of the premieres published by Daimler.
Now, Mercedes has released the first teaser video of the facelifted luxury Cabrio and Coupe. The drop-top variant is the one previewed in the teaser.
Recently, Mercedes-Benz has already announced that it will also, in accordance with the renewed S-Class, also modernized versions of the S-Class Coupé and Convertible. Like the already-updated sedan, the upgraded derivatives of that model do not appear to get world-shocking styling changes. Subtle is the best description.
Mercedes-Benz will probably mount on the S-Class Coupé and Cabriolet the same new LED headlamps as the S-Class sedan. The pair also benefit from new front and rear bumpers, and rear lights are also subtly adjusted.
In the interior, next to a new steering wheel, Mercedes-Benz introduces the new, larger digital instrumentation with two 12,3-inch TFT screens with thin frames, that debuted in the E-Class. The semi-autonomous functions of the two are also expanded, again in close relation to the advancements made by the S-Class facelift sedan in this area.
